Terri's passion for horticulture began in her youth, when she and her grandfather grew strawberries on the slope next to her childhood home in Wisconsin. This early love for the outdoors and gardening led her to pursue a degree in horticulture and earth sciences.

After earning her degree, Terri took her knowledge to golf courses in both Wisconsin and Arizona, where she became known as “The Flower Lady.” For the past 29 years, she has called Arizona home, working in the green industry as a landscape manager. Throughout her career, Terri has become well-versed in floriculture, turf care, irrigation diagnostics, pest management, and the unique challenges of the Sonoran Desert.

With a genuine love for what she does, Terri finds great joy in building relationships with her clients, collaborating with her crew members, and applying a wide range of maintenance techniques to create beautiful, sustainable landscapes.

When she’s not working, Terri is a devoted Green Bay Packers fan and dreams of one day owning a hobby farm with goats, alpacas, and dogs.
